　　Fujian lies in the southeast of China with Fuzhou as its capital city. It has a population of over 38 million. Because of the nice environment, its known asRefreshing Fujian, which attracts millions of tourists from home and abroad. If you come here, you can enjoy fresh air, blue sky as well as beautiful mountains and clear rivers. Many famous places of interest like Mount Wuyi and Gulang Island are well worth visiting. Besides, you can taste various kinds of delicious food.

　　I went to three cities to play during last summer holidays. They are Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.

　　I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t mithe Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

　　Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

　　Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

　　These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

　　The seaside resort of Qingdao extends from Tuandao in the west of Qingdao to Damaidao in the east with an overall length of 25 kilometers, including a marine area of 5 square kilometers and land area of 8.5 square kilometers.

　　It is one of the first National Scenic Resorts appointed by the State Council in 1982.

　　The scenery of the Zhanqiao Pier, Luxun Park, Little Qingdao Isle, Xiaoyu Hill, Badaguan, the seashore and the May Fourth Square are all beside the sea and constitute the famous scenic sights of Qingdao.

　　Red roves and green trees, sapphire sea and blue sky in the scenic resort will make you feel happy and fresh.

　　Zhanqiao Pier: Zhanqiao Pier, built in 1891, is the symbol of Qingdao. After several restorations, from being a simple military harbor, it is now open to tourists. The pier is 440 meters long.

　　There is an octagonal pagoda of distinctive Chinese style, “Huilan Pagoda” at the end of the pier. From the top, tourists can fully view the magnificent sea.

　　Along the shore is the beautiful Pier Park, which is a pleasant and quiet place for tourists to rest or enjoy the scenery of Little Qingdao Isle and its white tower.

　　This summer vacation, I went to the beautiful bird island.

　　My family and I got on a speedboat. Before long, the ship left the dock. First, it shook violently, and slowly, the ship stabilized. I went out of the cabin, came to the deck and looked into the distance. The place where the sea and the sky are connected is so far away for me. How I want to go there and feel the beauty like a fairyland! Inadvertently, I saw the ship sailing across the sea, splashing high waves, closely following the stern, as if chasing us. Unconsciously, we have arrived at Bird Island, and the ship has slowed down.

　　At this time, a group of seagulls flew around our boat, as if expecting something. I took out some bread, steamed bread and biscuits I had brought, crushed them and threw them between the sea and the sky. Some of these gulls swooped down to take away food, and some simply swam around and pecked at it. After a while, there were more and more seagulls around us. I looked up at the bird island and found that the bird island was actually a cliff. I was puzzled and asked my mother, "Why are there so many small black holes on the cliff?" Mother smiled and said, "those little black holes are the homes of seagulls! Their nests are built on the cliffs." Looking at the azure sea and the light blue sky, I suddenly felt that everything around me was blue - the changing blue. And the cry of the seagull seems to be praising the sea and the blue sky. Its snow-white head, snow-white wings, snow-white belly, snow-white back and snow-white tail seem to be used to decorate the blue world, so it becomes more beautiful and warm.

　　Groups of seagulls "came back with a full load", and our ship also left bird island. As I walked reluctantly to the cabin, I looked back at the seagulls. I said to the seagulls, "I will come again!"

　　Making a trip to ShangHai on May 18 was an experience which I will never forget.

　　I arrived in ShangHai at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!

　　Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.
